Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel an order after it has been placed on the platform. However, cancellation requests are subject to certain conditions depending on the time elapsed since the order confirmation.

Orders can usually be cancelled without any charge within the first few hours after placing the order, as mentioned on the respective product page. Once this initial window has passed, a cancellation charge may apply.

Cancellation Charges

A cancellation fee may be applied if an order is cancelled after the allowed free cancellation period.

This fee helps cover the processing efforts, time, and resources involved in preparing the order. It also compensates logistics partners who may have already begun handling the shipment.

The cancellation charge applied by House of Nadavaramba will not exceed the actual costs incurred due to the cancellation.

How the Cancellation Fee is Applied

If a cancellation fee is applicable, the amount will be deducted from the payment made for the order, and the remaining balance will be processed as a refund.

All cancellation fees are calculated and displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

House of Nadavaramba reserves the right to update, adjust, or waive cancellation charges when necessary. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any updates.

Refund Policy

Refunds issued after a cancellation will be processed based on the original payment method used during the purchase.

• Refunds are initiated within 24 hours after the cancellation is confirmed.
  
• The amount will typically reflect in the customer’s account within 7 working days, depending on bank processing times.
