The Sound of Hands

When people walk into Nadavaramba Krishna Metals, they see beautiful bronze vessels and lamps glowing with tradition. But what they often don’t see is the quiet history behind every piece the four generations that poured their lives into this craft.

Not just the sound of hammer meeting bronze or fire shaping form, but the story of hands, of patience, of generations. This is the story of a family, a craft, and a legacy.

First Generation

A Vision and Fire

A hundred years ago, long before modern showrooms or digital payments, there was simply a man, a vision, and fire.”

Our great-grandfather began it all. Bronze vessels held the water used for morning prayers. Lamps lit up family temples. Utensils cooked meals that gathered generations together. Piece by piece, that workshop became a tradition.

Second Generation

The Responsibility of Preservation

P.K. Sangameshwaran

Our grandfather carried the legacy forward not just as a business, but as a responsibility entrusted to him by generations before. He believed that metalwork was more than shaping metal it was about honoring tradition, preserving heritage, and respecting the craft that defined our family. Every piece created under his guidance reflected patience, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to authenticity.

Under his steady hands, the small workshop gradually grew stronger and more respected. The sound of hammer on metal became a symbol of dedication, and the craft flourished through years of honest work and devotion. He never rushed the process, because for him, true craftsmanship required time, care, and integrity.

People didn’t simply walk into the shop to purchase an item they came with trust. They knew that every piece carried the weight of tradition and the assurance of genuine workmanship. Over time, the shop became more than just a place of trade; it became a place where relationships were built, stories were shared, and heritage continued to live through every creation.

Third Generation

Guardians of the Soul

P.S. Krishnan & Vijay

“They stepped into the legacy not as owners, but as guardians of something much bigger than themselves. They balanced tradition with change… yet the soul of the place never changed.”
