Return Window
If you wish to return a product, the request must be made within 5 days of receiving the order. The item should be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documents.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us resolve concerns fairly, we kindly request customers to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
This video must show the sealed package being opened from the beginning and will be required as proof if the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return or replacement requests can only be reviewed when this video proof is provided.
How to Initiate a Return

After reviewing your request, our team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the product. - Packaging the Item
Please pack the item carefully in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents. - Shipping the Product
The product must be sent back using a reliable and trackable courier service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. - Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Processing may take a few business days.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered
- The item is not in its original packaging
- Accessories, manuals, or parts are missing
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
