Refunds for Online Payments

For orders paid through online payment methods (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or payment gateways):

  • Refunds will be initiated within 24 hours after the return is approved and verified.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds will be processed via UPI transfer to the customer’s UPI ID.
  • Alternatively, customers may choose to receive the amount as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
  • The choice between UPI refund or store credit will be based on the customer’s preference.

Refund Processing Conditions

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • The returned item is received by our team
  • The product is inspected and approved for refund
  • The item is found to be in original condition with packaging and accessories

While we strive to process refunds quickly, minor delays may occasionally occur due to bank processing times or payment gateway procedures.
